The seller of this townhome entrusted us to do what was needed to get the home ready for sale on a small budget as he was out of state and unable to deal with it. We put together a budget and supervised a quick, two week fix up project that included:
  • Removing wallpaper in the Kitchen & Baths and painting those rooms
  • Replacing light fixtures as needed
  • Decluttering the home and garage
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Replacing some appliances
  • Touch Up Painting
  • Hiring a Professional  Stager to Stage the Home
 
The house sold right away, over list price and for more than any other townhome in that subdivision had ever sold.
