So, on all of our listings, we get out our caulk guns, spackle and paint brushes and caulk gaps in trim, fill holes and touch up-paint. ​The seller of this townhome entrusted us to do what was needed to get the home ready for sale on a small budget as he was out of state and unable to deal with it. We put together a budget and supervised a quick, two week fix up project that included:

  • Removing wallpaper in the Kitchen & Baths and painting those rooms

  • Replacing light fixtures as needed

  • Decluttering the home and garage
